With the arrival of warmer weather, the park is slowly coming to life. If you want to experience spring in its most colorful form, now is the perfect time! And if you prefer to wait until all your favorite flowers are in full bloom – perhaps in the Alpine Garden or our Botanical Garden – or if you’re curious about when the rhododendrons will bloom, feel free to email us at park@ibot.cas.cz.
If rhododendrons are what you’re most interested in – the peak of their blooming season is expected in mid-May. Some are already in bloom in the Main Courtyard. The yellow rhododendrons are budding and just beginning to open, and the ‘Cunningham’s White’ varieties are blooming quickly.
