Cornus mas is our native shrub to a small tree growing up to 6 m tall, which attracts us with its beautiful yellow flowers in early spring and edible and dark red fruits in autumn and early summer, which are juicy and sour. Fruit varieties of dogwood are also grown, such as ‘Devine’ and ‘Titus’.
